His professional background includes practicing corporate and venture capital law in Boston and serving as General Counsel of Koor Industries, one of Israel's leading publicly traded holding companies.

This combination of international legal experience and senior in-house leadership enables the firm to deliver advice that extends beyond legal analysis, grounded in a practical understanding of how businesses operate, assess risk, and make strategic decisions.

Today, the firm regularly advises Israeli and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, investments, commercial transactions, and cross-border business activities, often working alongside foreign counsel, international investors, and multinational management teams.
